Hands-On in Spilinga
Cooking class with the chef featuring Sila potato pie with ’nduja and traditional gnocchi, a workshop on ’nduja production, and the option to visit the nearby Sanctuary of Madonna della Fontana.

Programme:
Upon arrival, welcome buffet featuring local specialties “from Pollino to the Strait”
Cooking class with chef (Italian/English, amateur level):
Sila potato flan with ’nduja
Traditional gnocchi with tomato and provola
’Nduja workshop (visit and explanation of the production process)
To conclude, guests may independently visit the Sanctuary of Madonna della Fontana, just a few metres from the workshop.
