Under the guidance of the new chef, the kitchen of the Capovaticano Resort Thalasso SPA adopts a fresh new approach with light, dishes and ingredients typical of the traditional and world-famous Calabrian cuisine.

The menu always features various options for people with food intolerances and a selection of dishes created for vegetarians and vegans.
