Bergamotto Raw Bar

The Raw Bar is located in the elegant setting of the lobby. The large French windows facing the sea illuminate a minimal space and the counter where the absolute protagonist is the chef. Cristina Veneziano prepares  under the eyes of the guests modern and healthy dishes.

Guests, even if not resident in the hotel, can taste different raw food proposals, fish crudités and vegetarian dishes, with that extra touch of local contamination created by our chefs.
