We strongly believe in the importance of controlling the environmental effect that our hotel activities may cause, making effort to act in a conscious and responsible way.

In order to reduce amount of waste, we have eliminated single-serving packs in our restaurants and bars and single-serving containers of bath products in favour of refill dispensers.

All bath products are made with ingredients certified and organic.

We have eliminated the use of disposable plates, cutlery and glasses.

In order to promote reuse and recycling of waste, we practice a careful differentiated collection of rubbish.

We are committed to reducing water waste, the use of cleaning products containing hazardous chemicals is kept to a minimum by preferring products without surfactants and chlorine or certified with eco-labels.

You will find notices in your room about changing sheets and towels so that we only wash what is really necessary.

Lighting represent a significant amount of energy consumption: 75% of all light bulbs in the hotel are energy efficient.

To maintain the best possible control over energy consumption, the air conditioning has a defined standard temperature for room cooling.

Most of the food products are locally sourced, seasonal, organic or with ecological packaging. By choice, we do not offer GMO products, endangered species, favouring the preservation of biodiversity and favouring raw materials that take animal welfare into account.

Our menus are designed to ensure the right balance between taste and well-being, with healthy and appetising dishes, offering vegetarian and vegan alternatives and food for people with intolerances and allergies.

We do not use chemical pesticides or fertilisers in our garden, which is full of indigenous plants.
We are great supporters of alternative mobility: in our resort you can rent e-bikes to explore the surroundings at zero emission.

Our working environment is inclusive, we support equal treatment and rights of people, without discrimination of age, gender, religion, disability, socio-economic status.
